As I expected my cardio sucks.
Just after some meters(hundred meters) I am already breathing heavily lol!
And now I'm back home I can't do purbees, well, I can't really do pushups properly.
My upper neck's gone hot! And now my head's aching haha!
Probably a result of not having some exercises.
Duh!
And I've done some calf raises.. just a couple.
So the verdict:
Cardio: Low(At least not very low!)
Cardio-Respiration: Low(Sniff!)
Stamina: Low(eh eh! waka waka!)
~I can't believe I am doing this the whole May and from now on.
