Home Alone

Early morning about 4AM, delegates from our church went on to their destination.

To Baguio, to attend the General Assembly.

Now I am all alone in this house, and I am the one in-charged on the church.

I've gotta feed a dog, a cat and some poultry.(chicken to be specific, bokbok!)

I've watered the plants this afternoon.

And yeah, I'll be back I guess tonight to feed the cat and the dog. I all ready fed the chickens.

So now, just waiting for a download to finish. ;'3

Rain Rain Go Away!

Oh! For my sake, why 'd the rain!? Fell!!!

I was awake 5 in the morning! I am suppose to do some walk/jogging.

I had to keep my lower body sore!

The more painful and sorer(sorer? ' 3') the better!

So... tomorrow is Sunday, rain please go away. I'd like to jog another day. Everyday!

Irony

You can still love even if you stopped liking,

But this is just a sign that you are lying.

Twilight Jogging

As I expected my cardio sucks.

Just after some meters(hundred meters) I am already breathing heavily lol!

And now I'm back home I can't do purbees, well, I can't really do pushups properly.

My upper neck's gone hot! And now my head's aching haha!

Probably a result of not having some exercises.

Duh!

And I've done some calf raises.. just a couple.

So the verdict:

Cardio: Low(At least not very low!)

Cardio-Respiration: Low(Sniff!)

Stamina: Low(eh eh! waka waka!)

~I can't believe I am doing this the whole May and from now on.

Summer is Madness

 Summer is here, time to workout but I'm lazy to do that. I guess I got to start or else my abdominal balloon is going to bulge even bigger.

Materials I need for everyday workouts/exercise :

~An exercise mat.
~Runners.
~Jogging/workout clothes.
~MP3 :')
~ Dumbbell.
~Initiative and continuity which I do not have. Duh!

I need these things above for me to have interest.
Well I could use a bike too!

I'm wishing to have those, but wishing ain't going to help, I need to work for it I think.

I already have a motorcycle.
My mom already had the down-payment finished.
It's just a Honda Wave 125. A white and black one, and it would serve as service to school everyday, six times a week! It was ours since April 12, 2011. A change oil was already been performed. Good luck to me, drive carefully!!

I need to get fit first.
May is coming, and in it would be the May 7 bout of Pacquiao and Mosley.
I am anticipating it!! So well~



~Thank God for my aunt that gave me and my sister a laptop each, and for paying our tuitions every semester.
Thank God again for giving us a motorcycle and another sibling. He's now 2 years, turning 3 on Sept. 30, 2011.
I am turning 19 on June 12, 2011, Independence Day of the Philippines!

Church

I've just got home from the weekly prayer meeting in our church.

Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of San Ildefonso

Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan

General Assembly of CAMACOP will be held at Baguio on May 3 up to 8.

The whole family of our pastor is going there plus members of the church including my family except me. So I am going to babysit the church and I am going to sleep there. I guess I will do the blogging there? That's five days of something and everything there, I'm talkin' 'bout the assembly.

There would be a concert to be held in our church. I do not know the date. I'll update this whenever I'm aware of that.

Hot Night

Our house has three rooms, and we got two fans.

My sister took my fan because I've been using it for quite a couple of days.

So I have to endure the latter.

I opened the windows, welcoming those nasty mosquitoes into my bedroom.

No good movies to enjoy, I barely finish any movie I've watched last night.

But here I am, posting this essay!?

My sister returned the fan when I am asleep.

I think 'twas like 4 AM when she returned it haha!

She's sleeping with my mom and Justin because as I mentioned before we only got two fans.(Well for now!)

And for the second time, I forgot to wake up early to start my summer exercises.

I missed jogging again!!!

Duh!

We are going to the market to buy breakfast, see you there!!!
